Transformational Breath®

The Vitality Agency offers this workshop for wellbeing days, lunchtime sessions, and as a mental health strategy on wellbeing programmes.

Sessions can be taken:

 

  • Hourly sessions

  • 2 - 3 hour sessions

 

Transformational Breath is a gentle simple technique that helps people to open up the full potential of their breathing system for better physical and emotional wellbeing.

 

 

Your workforce will be taught a natural and healthy pattern of conscious breathing.

 

Breathing is a vital form of life, and the way we breathe highly affects our capabilities and response systems to life.

 

Breathing well gives the body a good amount of oxygen that keeps you in peak health and gives the body a good detoxification in  the process.

 

Participants have reported improved MSD function.
