The Vitality Agency delivers Sleep Health Programmes and Workshops for the workplace.

The purpose of these sessions is to increase productivity and impart tips and techniques on improving sleep.

The aim is to reduce dependency on medication, thus empowering employees to self manage their sleep health

  • Practical Therapies such as Acupuncture, Buteyko Breathing exercises & Yoga Nidra "Yogic Sleep"

  • Workshops – (e.g. Did you know that Singing Improves Sleep. Try a Singing workshop or a 12 week Singing programme to improve the sleep of your employees)

  • Herbal Medicine and Homeopathy Workshops

 

These Sleep Workshops are designed to offer a drug free approach to improving sleep.

Topics covered include Managing Stress, Self Care and Self Hygiene.
