Laughter Yoga

The Vitality Agency delivers Laughter Yoga sessions as part of wellbeing events or as a spontaneous session to increase wellbeing.


Sessions can be had as:

  • 45 minutes to 1 hour workshop

  • 2 - 3 hour workshops


Laughter Yoga is a combination of self induced laughter, relaxation techniques and yogic breathing.

It is believed that voluntary laughter provides the same psychological and physiological benefits as spontaneous laughter.


Gelatology is the study of laughter. Research shows laughter to display benefits that include:

  • Reduced stress hormones

  • Helps alleviate pain

  • Immune system booster

  • Encourages endorphins by creating a good mood.

All of these benefits translate to the bottom line by reduces the mental health related causes of absenteeism and presenteeism.
