CBT can help people to deal with a wide range of mental health difficulties including anxiety, panic, depression, stress, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorders and more.


It is also said to be a great anger management tool, improve self confidence and alleviate pain and fatigue.


Sessions can be taken as group workshops or on a 1-1 basis.
