This workshop is aimed at:

  • Equipping managers with the emotional intelligence needed to provide their staff with support during challenging periods.

  • Assisting managers in becoming more mindful of their employees wellbeing.

  • Helping managers deal with the pressures associated with their roles

  • Using Mindfulness to deal with stress

  • Using Mindfulness to be fully present

  • Mindfulness skills for empathy and compassion

Mindfulness is a stress reduction technique as it facilitates a calm and focussed approach to dealing with challenges.

The workshop draws on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)
