  • Concept of Stress and Resilience – Exploring the difference between stress and resilience. You will complete a questionnaire to assess your resilience levels. Introduction to resilience skills.

  • Emotional Intelligence – This section helps you to understand and manage emotions and explores the implications on an individual’s health and performance in the absence of these fundamental skills.

  • Positive Cognitive Thinking – Beliefs and Thinking patterns that are very powerful in determining resilience levels. You will learn to transform negative beliefs into positive ones.

  • Interpersonal Effectiveness – Communication, empathy and social networks
